The Ankleshwar GIDC is a massive place, and we are right in the middle of it at Plot C 1/1035 to 1037. It’s a big industrial estate, and the air always has that heavy, metallic smell to it. We do extrusion work, so the machines are large and the hall stays quite warm most of the year. There’s a lot of metal clanging and the sound of forklifts moving pallets around the yard. Our office is just a small partitioned area at the front with a couple of dusty desks and some old filing cabinets. We don't spend much money on making it look pretty because we’re mostly out on the floor anyway. The floor is concrete and has some cracks here and there from the weight of the equipment. We eat our lunch together in a small corner near the back exit where there’s a bit of shade. It’s hard work, and the days are long, especially when the summer heat kicks in. We don’t have a marketing team or a social media page. We just have our plot in the GIDC and the work we do for our customers. Most of the guys have been working here for years, so we’re more like a family than a company. It’s just a regular extrusion plant in a very busy part of Gujarat. We make sure the machines keep running and the trucks get loaded on time.
