It-Executive

Manjalpur is a nice part of Baroda. Our office is at number 9 in Padmavatinagar. We are right opposite the Amarnathpuram Society, so that’s how people usually find us. It’s a residential neighborhood, which means it’s pretty calm throughout the day. We go by It-Executive. It sounds more formal than we actually are. Most days it’s just us in our regular clothes, dealing with emails and phone calls. Baroda is a good city to live in, not too fast like Mumbai. We have our own little rhythm here. Our office is small but it has enough room for what we need to do. There’s a small garden area nearby where we sometimes go for a break when the work gets a bit much. We’ve been at this address for several years. People in the society recognize us by now. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Just a simple nameplate. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the blinds down. We handle executive tasks and whatever else comes our way. It’s a one-day-at-a-time kind of thing for us. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. Just a small group working out of Manjalpur. We like that we can walk to the local shops if we need something. It’s a practical way to work. We just do our jobs and then head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady life and we aren't looking to change much about it.
