Insight is located at F-3 in the Race Course Industrial Area. It’s an industrial zone, so the surroundings are mostly other warehouses and workshops. Our unit, F-3, is a pretty basic space. It’s got high ceilings and concrete floors, which is typical for this part of town. The area can get quite loud during the day with all the trucks moving in and out and the sound of machinery from the neighboring spots. We’ve been here for a while and have grown used to the dust and the noise. The office part of our unit is just a partitioned area where we keep the desks and the computer. It’s not a place where you’d expect to find fancy decor. We use the space for whatever needs to get done that day. Sometimes that means a lot of paperwork, and other times it’s more hands-on. Finding F-3 isn't too hard once you enter the Race Course Industrial Area, as the blocks are marked well enough. We don't really have a lot of visitors, so it's mostly just us working through the tasks. The lighting could be better, and it gets a bit cold in the winter months, but it serves its purpose. We keep a steady pace from morning until the gates are locked in the evening. It’s a no-frills environment where we focus on getting through the workload. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but we like it here.
