You can find us at Sardar Estate, over on Road No. 5. Plot 41 is where we’ve set up shop. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always something going on nearby. At Innovative Ortho Surgicals, we spend our days dealing with surgical equipment and related supplies. The estate gets pretty busy with trucks moving in and out, but we have our own little corner. The warehouse part of the building takes up most of the room. We keep the surgical tools tucked away where it’s clean and dry. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We have a small office space near the front where we handle the billing and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, which is just part of being in this area. We usually just keep going as best as we can. Our team is small, mostly people who have been with us for years. We know the neighbors on Road 5 pretty well. We often share a cup of chai in the afternoon. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on getting the right tools to the hospitals and clinics that need them. If the gate is open, someone is usually inside working. It’s a steady pace, nothing too rushed but always busy enough to keep us on our toes. We just get on with it.
