Indian Steel Corporation Ltd. has a presence out here in Khopoli, specifically at R/7 in the Jagtap Building. This is over in Ushanagar, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Maharashtra. Khopoli has that industrial feel to it, and we fit right in. The Jagtap Building isn't a new glass tower; it’s a sturdy, older place that has seen a lot of local trade over the years. We’re not too far from Mumbai, but it feels a lot different out here. The air is different and the pace is a bit more manageable. Our office space is simple. We have the basic stuff needed to run a steel company office. Sometimes the rain in Maharashtra gets really heavy, and we just watch it from the windows while we finish our paperwork. There isn’t a big reception desk with a fancy logo. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. We know the other folks in the building, and it’s a decent place to work. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. It’s practical, a bit worn around the edges, but that’s okay. We don't need things to be perfect to get the job done. It’s just a regular office where we spend our days making sure things stay on track.
