Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has a spot in Lucknow at C 1157 / Mig in Rajaji Puram. This is the office of the son of Mr. M. A. Khan. Rajaji Puram is a big residential colony, and the office is in an MIG house. It doesn't look like a typical business office from the outside because it’s a house. Inside, we have converted the rooms into a workspace. There are shelves filled with documents and a couple of tables where we do the paperwork. Lucknow is a city that moves at its own pace, and Rajaji Puram is no different. We deal with real estate matters for this side of town. It’s a very practical arrangement. We don't have a fancy lobby or a secretary at the front. You usually just walk in and find us working. The house is a standard MIG design, so it’s familiar to everyone in the area. We spend the day answering calls and sorting out property details. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lot of rules and uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and get through the tasks. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat. We aren't doing big TV ads or anything. We just keep the office open and handle the local property stuff as it comes through the door.
