I K Associates

Our office, I K Associates, is located in room 214 of the Phoenix Complex. We are on Tilak Road in Sayajigunj, right beside Suraj Plaza. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it handy for getting around. The building itself is quite tall and has a lot of different businesses in it. We have a modest space on the second floor. It’s nothing spectacular, just a functional area with enough room for our small team to work. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many neighbors come and go. The hallway can be a bit dark sometimes, but our office has enough light. We don't spend money on expensive decor; we’d rather just have what we need to do our jobs. There’s a lot of traffic on Tilak Road, so it can be noisy, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and buses over the years. Suraj Plaza next door is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We usually have a lot of paperwork on our desks, as that’s the nature of what we do. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for us. We've been here long enough that it feels like home. The elevators are sometimes out of service, but the walk up isn't too bad.
