House Wife

This is just about life at A/59 in Shrenik Park Society, which is in the Akota area of Baroda. I don't run a company in the traditional sense, as I am a housewife. My work happens right here within these walls every single day. Shrenik Park is a decent neighborhood, and it’s mostly families living around us. My day usually starts early, getting the house in order and managing all the little things that need doing. From the kitchen to the laundry, there is always something that requires attention. It’s a lot of management, just without the fancy title or the office desk. I handle the household expenses and make sure we have everything we need from the local market. The house at A/59 is where I spend most of my time, and it’s a place that’s always full of activity even if it’s just the daily chores. Sometimes the neighbors come over for a bit of tea, which is a nice break from the routine. It’s not a polished corporate life, but it’s real and it’s busy. Akota is a nice part of Baroda to live in, with everything close by. I don't have a mission statement or a set of goals written down anywhere. I just try to keep the home running smoothly and make sure everyone is taken care of. It’s practical work that never really ends, but that’s just how it is.
