Hiten M Thakkar

Hiten M Thakkar is based out of Karelibaug, specifically at 19 Chandravali Society. This is a residential neighborhood, so it’s a lot calmer than the main commercial hubs of the city. Being in a society like Chandravali means we are surrounded by families and homes, which gives the whole business a different feel. Our office is at number 19. It’s a simple building that blends in with the others on the street. We don't have big neon signs or anything like that. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing where we are in Karelibaug. The space inside is comfortable but very basic. We have our desks and our equipment, and that’s about it. There’s a tree outside that provides a bit of shade in the summer, which is nice when you’re stepping out for a break. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people who live nearby. It’s a friendly atmosphere, not at all like a cold office park. We keep our own hours and work at our own pace, making sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a very personal way to run things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to do our work in a place that feels right. Karelibaug is a good area for that, and Chandravali Society has been a steady home for us for years now. It’s quiet enough to focus, but close enough to the city to stay connected.
