Hindalco Industries Ltd

You can find us at B-624 in Alaknanda Society. We are right near the Narayan Vidhya Vihar School in the Bholav area of Bharuch. It’s a busy little spot, especially when the kids are finishing school for the day. At Hindalco Industries Ltd, we use this space for our day-to-day operations. It’s a bit of a mix between a home office and a regular workspace since it’s inside a society. Narmada Nagar is a decent area to be in. We have a few rooms set up with computers and files everywhere. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with the company for a good stretch of time. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking shipments. Sometimes the water cooler breaks, or we run out of biscuits, but we manage. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets done correctly. The traffic in Bholav can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their best with the tasks they are given. No big mystery to it, just honest work in a regular Gujarat neighborhood. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs.
