This particular branch is located at H. No. Shyam 102 in the Vaikunth Township. We are right in the Bholav area, near the Old N H 8 in Bharuch. Being in 392 002 means we are close to the heart of the town but still connected to the industrial side of things. Hindalco Industries Limited has people scattered all over this region. This location is more of a residential-style office, which makes it feel a bit more personal than the main plant. We handle various local tasks and some of the staff housing management from here. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though you can hear the traffic from the highway nearby. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. It’s just us doing the daily chores that keep a big company like this functioning at the local level. Most of us have lived in Gujarat for a long time and know the area well. We deal with maintenance requests, local vendors, and general administration. It’s the kind of work that doesn’t get much attention but is necessary. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, and we usually sit together during the afternoon break. It’s a very normal, practical workplace. We don’t try to be something we’re not.
