You can find us at D-6 in the Jay Yogeswar Society in the Sama area of Baroda. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much quieter than being right next to a massive factory. We operate out of this house, which belongs to Golak Bihari Padhy, handling some of the regional coordination. It’s a bit of an unconventional setup compared to a big office tower, but it works for us. We have a small team here. It’s informal and relaxed. We don't wear suits or use big words. We just handle our business. Baroda is a nice city, and Sama is a decent place to be. We’ve got neighbors living right next door, so we try to keep things low-key. Most of our work is on the phone or the computer, organizing things for the bigger sites. It feels like a home office because, well, it basically is. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation from this address. We’re just the local connection point. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about the news before getting back to work. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. It’s practical and simple, which is exactly how we like to keep things. We might not have a fancy sign out front, but we've been helping out the company from this Baroda spot for quite some time now.
