Our place, Hexagon Product Developement Pvt Ltd, is over at A 605 in the Arihant Super Market. This is on Manjalpur Road in the Lalbaug area, zip code 390011. Being inside a super market building means there is always something going on downstairs. It is a lot different from a quiet office park. You hear the sounds of shoppers and the general hustle of the market all day long. We are up on the sixth floor, so we are a bit removed from the noise, but it still feels very much like being in the middle of things. We work on developing products, which sounds more exciting than it actually is on a daily basis. Most of the time, it is just us staring at screens or talking about how to fix a small problem with a design. We don't use fancy talk or try to sound like a big global firm. We are just a local Baroda business making our way. The office is a bit small for the number of people we have, but we make it work. We have a kettle for tea and some old chairs that have seen better days. It is a very human place to work. We like the convenience of being on Manjalpur Road because there are plenty of places to grab lunch. We just do our work, talk to our neighbors, and keep things moving forward without any drama.
