Hetal Travels

We've been at Paradise Complex in Sayajigunj for a while now. It's right across from the Commerce College. My family started this because we liked helping folks get around. People come in mostly for bus tickets or to plan a quick trip out of town. It gets busy during the holidays. We sit in G.F. 27, and you can usually find one of us behind the desk fixing schedules. It's a small spot, nothing fancy. We deal with lots of paperwork and phone calls all day. Some days are slow, others we can't catch a breath. We know the local routes pretty well. If you live around Sayajigunj, you've probably seen our sign while walking to the college. We don't do big fancy ads, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us. The office has a few chairs for waiting. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but that’s just how it is here. We handle bookings and talk to drivers. It is a lot of back and forth. We just keep the lights on and help whoever walks through the door. It’s been our daily routine for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the printers to finish their job. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage somehow.
