Hcil-Adhi

Hcil-Adhi is located in Baroda, Gujarat. Our office is at B-19 in the Pushpak Tenaments, which is right on New Sama Road. It is a pretty well-known residential area, so it is not too hard to find. The tenements are mostly houses where families live, but we have our small office set up in one of the units. Working out of a tenement like this gives the place a very local, neighborhood feel. It is not like those cold, glass-fronted offices in the city center. We know the people living next door and we see the kids playing in the street sometimes. New Sama Road can get quite busy with traffic during the day, but once you step inside the Pushpak complex, it is much quieter. We have been here for a good amount of time. The office is simple and functional. We have our desks, our files, and a place to sit and talk. It’s just a normal workspace for a small team. There is no corporate dress code or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and head home. Sometimes we grab snacks from the shops along New Sama Road. It is a convenient place to be based. The atmosphere is very relaxed and informal, which suits the way we like to run things. It’s a good spot in Baroda for us to stay connected with everything going on around here. We have a small plant by the door that we try to keep alive. It’s homey.
