Harshida H Mehta

My name is Harshida H Mehta and I run things from 9 R C Dutt Road. We are tucked away in the Sughan Laxmi Society over in Budhwar Peth. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it serves us well. I’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of the people around here know me or have seen me around the society. It’s a quiet enough place once you get inside. We don’t really go for the loud advertising or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. Working in Budhwar Peth means you see a lot of different people every day. It’s a busy area but our little corner at Sughan Laxmi Society stays relatively calm. We do our work, talk to the neighbors, and keep things simple. There’s no big corporate structure here. It’s just me and a couple of helpers making sure everything is taken care of. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the roads are narrow, but we always sort it out. I think being part of a local society like this makes a difference. You get to know your surroundings. We’re not trying to be anything we aren’t. We just provide what we can from this small office on R C Dutt Road. It’s been my base for years and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
