You can find us at the Mental Corner on Alandi Road in Vadodara. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the rickshaws passing by. The office is tucked away, providing a bit of a quiet spot for people who come to see us. We’ve been here for a long time, and the walls are a bit faded, but it feels like home. Most people come in with questions about their families or their jobs. We sit on the floor on a simple mat and go through the details together. There isn't any big corporate structure here, just a few of us who know the traditional ways of Jyotish. We keep our records in thick notebooks that are starting to show their age. Sometimes the tea lady from next door brings over a few cups, and we take a break to talk about the weather. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t go for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find their way to this corner. Hanuman Jyotish is just a part of the daily life on Alandi Road. We see the same faces passing by every morning, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Even with all the new buildings going up, we stay right here, doing the same work we’ve always done for the people who need a moment of our time.
