We are Gurpreet Transport Co, located right over on Ranoli Salunkhe Vihar Road. If you know where the Bombay Motor Garage is, we are basically right near there. It’s a busy spot with lots of vehicles coming and going all day long. Our team handles a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to moving goods around. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It's mostly just a bunch of us who know the roads well and understand how to get things loaded up right. Sometimes the traffic on Ranoli Salunkhe Vihar Road gets a bit hectic, but we manage. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite some time, so we’ve seen how things have changed. Even so, the way we handle our transport business hasn't changed much. We focus on being practical. When a customer calls, they talk to a real person, not a machine. We find that being direct is the best way to avoid mistakes. The garage next door is always busy, and so are we. It’s a loud, active environment, which is exactly how a transport hub should be. We just try to keep our head down and do the work properly. There’s no secret to it, just showing up every morning and making sure the drivers are ready to go. It is tough work but it keeps us going every day.
