Gulbrandsen Chemicals

Out in Padra Mujpur, we operate the Gulbrandsen Chemicals site. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, surrounded by other industrial plants and some open land. The air out here always has that specific chemical scent, and we are used to wearing our safety gear all day long without complaining. It's a large area with tanks, pipes, and valves everywhere you look. We have a lot of people coming through the gates every shift, mostly local guys from the surrounding villages. The sun hits the metal structures hard in the afternoon, making everything hot to the touch. We spend a lot of time monitoring gauges and checking the production lines. It isn't a quiet office job; it's a place where things are being made and moved constantly. The canteen is where everyone gathers to get out of the heat for a bit and have a quick meal. We have a lot of strict rules about where you can walk and what you can touch, which is just how it has to be in this line of work. Padra Mujpur is a rugged area, and the roads can be rough after a heavy monsoon rain. We keep the place running around the clock, so there is always someone on site watching the monitors. It’s a serious environment but we have our moments of joking around during the shift changes. We just focus on getting the drums loaded and the orders moved out safely to their destinations.
