We have an office on Gotri Road in Baroda. The address is House No. 14/1758 in Sanskarnagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, which makes it feel a lot less like a typical workplace. We like it that way because it’s a bit more relaxed. The house has been converted to fit our desks and computers, but you can still tell it was a home once. We deal with the coke business from here, mostly handling the Baroda-side logistics and some of the administrative stuff. The road outside can get pretty busy during the rush hour, but inside it stays mostly calm. We have a small garden in the front that we try to keep tidy, though the sun usually gets to the plants before we can water them. Most of the people who work here have been with the company for a long time. We aren't into fancy titles or big meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. Sometimes we order food from the local places nearby if we are staying late to finish up some paperwork. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and someone will help you. It's just a group of us working out of a house in Baroda, keeping things moving every single day.
