Grasim Industries Ltd.

Our place is in Vadodara, at C/141 in the Sanidhya Township. We are right near the Raghukul Vidhyalay on New V.I.P. Road. It’s a decent area and easy to get to once you know where the school is. The office is part of the township so it’s fairly clean and well-maintained. We use the space for our local operations and handling the paperwork for the area. There’s a bit of a garden outside which is nice for when we need a break from the computer screens. Inside we have the typical desks and chairs. It’s not very big but we’ve organized it so everything is within reach. The New V.I.P. Road gets quite busy during the rush hours but the township itself stays pretty calm. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for some time. Our work involves a lot of back-and-forth with the main plants. We keep things moving and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. The staff here is small but we’ve all been working together for years. We don't really do much in terms of fancy office culture or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks. Sometimes we share a box of sweets when someone has a birthday. It’s a friendly atmosphere without being too much. When the school bell rings nearby we know it’s almost time to wrap up the day. It’s a good routine for us.
