Grand Polycoats Co., Ltd is situated in 204, Siddhrath Complexr.C Dutt Road in Vadodara. This is a very different setting compared to a factory floor because we are in a commercial complex right in the middle of a busy business district. There are banks, shops, and restaurants all around us, which makes it a very lively place to work. Our office is on the second floor, and it is a typical professional space where we handle all the management and sales side of the coatings business. We have samples of different paint finishes and coatings displayed around the room, which gives the place a bit of color. The building itself is quite busy, with people constantly going up and down the elevators. We spend our days meeting with clients, taking orders, and coordinating with our production units elsewhere. It is a lot of talking on the phone and typing out emails. Since we are in such a central location, we often have people dropping in for quick meetings. We usually grab lunch from one of the many eateries nearby, which is one of the perks of being on R.C Dutt Road. It is a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things relaxed in the office. We have a small staff who manage everything from accounts to customer service. It is a straightforward office life, focused on handling the orders and making sure the clients are taken care of properly. We just keep things running.
