Grademe Academy Edtech Llp

Grademe Academy Edtech is based at 35 Ashirwad Society on Harni Road. Being in a society like Ashirwad makes the office feel very much like a part of the local neighborhood. It’s a house that we’ve turned into a space for learning. We use technology to teach, which is why we have Edtech in the name, but at the end of the day, it’s just about people learning things. We have a bunch of laptops and a good internet connection. Harni Road is usually quite busy, but inside the society, it’s a bit calmer. We work with a lot of different students. Some are tech-savvy and some are just starting out. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. We just sit down and show people how things work on the screen. The kitchen area is where we usually end up talking about how to make the lessons better. It’s a relaxed place. We don't wear suits or anything like that. You’re more likely to find us in jeans and a t-shirt. We just want to make sure that anyone who comes through the door feels comfortable enough to ask questions. Sometimes we stay late when we are building a new online course, but we don't mind. It feels good to create something that people can actually use from their own homes without too much trouble.
