Bakul Aromatics Chemicals Ltd.

Our place is located at 1/7 in the BIDC Industrial Estate over in Gorva. Vadodara has always been a good hub for chemical work, and we’ve been part of this estate for a long time. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise from machines and trucks moving around. We work with aromatic chemicals here. The lab isn't huge, but it has what we need to get the mixtures right. It smells a bit different every day depending on what we are making. Some days it’s strong, other days you barely notice it. We have a small crew of technicians and some office staff to keep the books straight. It’s mostly about consistency and following the steps. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a gate, a warehouse space, and the production area. Most of our neighbors are also in the industry, so we all know the routine. Dealing with chemicals requires a lot of attention to detail, so we try to stay focused. It’s not always easy keeping up with the regulations, but we do our best to stay on top of it. We take our lunches together when we can. It’s a steady job. The heat in Vadodara can be tough in the summer, especially in an industrial shed. But we’ve got fans and we keep moving. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us here at Bakul Aromatics.
