Glorious Paints Industries

Out here in Village Poicha, things move at a bit of a different pace than in the city. Glorious Paints Industries is situated at Plot No. 481/2, right in the Taluka -Savli area. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the trucks coming and going keep us on our toes. The building itself has seen better days, maybe needs a fresh coat of its own product, but it serves us well. We’ve got the mixing area set up towards the back where the light is better. Most of the folks working here are from around the village or the next one over. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. If something needs doing, someone just grabs a tool and gets to it. The floor is usually covered in little drips and splatters of different colors, which I guess is expected. We have a small desk for the accounts, but mostly we’re on our feet. The rainy season can be a bit of a mess with the mud on the access road, but we’ve learned to deal with it over time. It’s a simple life running a business like this. We focus on the work in front of us and try to get the orders filled without too much fuss. It's just a regular local operation, nothing more.
