If you’ve ever driven through GIDC, you know it’s a lot of metal sheds and the smell of industrial work. We have been operating from this specific corner for a long time now. It’s easy to miss our entrance if you aren't looking for the small sign near the main intersection. The shop floor is not exactly quiet, what with the tools running and people moving parts around, but it is where we feel most comfortable. There is usually some grease on the floor and a bit of dust on the windows, but that is just the nature of what we do. We don't bother with corporate talk or trying to look polished. We just focus on the units we are working on and making sure the day goes smoothly. The team is small, and we all know each other’s families and stories by now. Being right by Karmatur Chowk means there is always a lot of noise from the street, which can be a bit distracting, but we’ve grown used to it. It is a grit-and-grind kind of lifestyle here. We are just a group of workers in a basic industrial shed doing what we’ve been trained to do. It’s hard work, and it keeps us busy from the time the sun comes up until we head home.
