Vishal Transcore

Our workshop is located at B-22/23 in the Amidhara Duplex, tucked away behind the Makarpura Bus Depot in the GIDC area. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the bus depot, we aren't too far. We mostly deal with cores and technical parts, so the place is full of heavy metal and tools. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear nice clothes because there’s always a bit of grease or metal dust around. We’ve been operating from these two units for quite some time now. Most mornings start with a lot of heavy lifting and checking the machinery to make sure nothing broke overnight. It can get pretty loud when the work is in full swing. We don't have a big front office or a reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just find us on the floor working on an order. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the assembly is right. It’s a small team of us, and we all know our roles pretty well. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We usually grab food from the nearby stalls and eat while we talk about what needs to be finished next. It’s a straightforward business without any fluff. We just focus on the metal and the machines, trying to get every single order out on time. Like I said, it's just right there behind the bus depot.
