We are located in Gidc Makarpura, which is a place mostly filled with factories and workshops. Creative Control Valves Pvt. Ltd. has been operating here for a good number of years. The air around the units always has that faint smell of metal and oil. We have a small crew of workers who really know their way around the machinery we use. It is a lot of manual work, and nobody here is afraid to get their hands a bit dirty during the day. The workshop can get quite loud once the machines are running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We are not big on formal meetings or long-winded emails. We usually just talk about what needs to happen and then go and do it. Gidc is a very busy hub, so there is always some kind of activity happening on our street. We see the same faces every single day. It is a decent place to work if you do not mind the heat and the constant noise. We handle all the manufacturing side of the business ourselves. Sometimes the orders start to pile up, and we have to put in some extra hours to keep everything on schedule. It is just the way things go in an industrial area. We do not try to act like a big corporate entity. We are just people making valves and trying to do a solid job. It is a living, and we take it one day at a time.
