We’re over at 333 Gidc Makarpura in Vadodara. The estate is always buzzing with activity, and our unit is right in the middle of it. It’s a practical space, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our equipment set up and a small area for keeping the records. The ceiling is high, which helps a bit when it gets hot in the afternoons. We have a rhythm to our work that starts early in the morning. Most of our neighbors are also in manufacturing, so there's a lot of noise throughout the day. We don't have a big reception desk; if you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor working. There’s a lot of metal and tools around, so you have to be careful where you step. We drink a lot of water and tea to keep going through the shifts. The paperwork usually piles up on the small desk in the corner, but we catch up on it when the machines are being serviced. It’s been our home for a while now, and we know all the shortcuts around Makarpura. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything like that. People who need what we make usually just find us or give us a call. It’s a solid way to spend the day, and it keeps the bills paid. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
