Aasha Fibre Industries

Aasha Fibre Industries is based out of GIDC Makarapura, specifically at 992/2/5. Being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of factories. Our place is full of fiber materials and the smell of resins and chemicals. It is a distinct smell that you stop noticing after the first hour of being here. We work with molds and various types of glass fiber to create different shapes and products. The floor is often sticky, and we have to be careful where we step. It is a manual process for the most part. We use our hands to layer the materials and smooth them out. We have a small team of workers who know exactly how to handle the stuff without making too much of a mess. The ventilation could be better, but we make do with the windows and doors open. There is always a layer of dust on the windows, and the yard outside is filled with crates and scrap material. We do not have any fancy corporate offices here. Just a small cabin where we take calls and keep the books. It is honest work that leaves your hands feeling rough by the end of the day. We have been here in Makarapura for years and know the rhythms of the estate. We start early to beat the heat and usually wrap things up before the sun goes down. It is a simple, hardworking environment.
