Trans. Ins. Agency is situated at Plot No. 504/a. It’s a bit different from the manufacturing shops around here. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or talking to a client about their needs. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that are starting to get pretty full. It isn't the most exciting place to look at, but we get the job done. Being at Plot No. 504/a puts us right in the middle of things, which is convenient for people dropping by. We don't have a big sign out front, just enough for folks to find us. Sometimes the coffee is cold and the printer jams, but we just keep going. We aren't corporate types with fancy degrees. We just know how the system works and how to help people navigate it. It’s a lot of reading and double-checking numbers. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we don't need a manual for most things. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through a pile of documents or waiting on a call. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. It’s just a service we provide here in the estate, and we’re happy to be doing it. We have a small radio that plays in the background, but mostly it's just the sound of the office. We don't have a lot of visitors, but we help them.
