Shri Balaji Foam Industries

Shri Balaji Foam Industries is located over at Plot No. C-1b/162 and 163. It's a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with foam all day, cutting it and moving it around the warehouse. Dealing with foam means you have to be careful about how you store it because it takes up so much space. We have the two plots right next to each other which helps us keep things organized. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when the trucks arrive. It's not a glamorous job but it is what we know. People around the area know us by name. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the lights on and the orders moving. The foam gets everywhere sometimes, you just have to sweep up and keep going. Most of the guys here have been working together for a few years now, so we have a good rhythm. If you walk by C-1b/162, you will probably see us loading something up. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the foam and making sure it gets to where it needs to go. It's basic work. We have our routines and we stick to them. It keeps things simple for everyone. There is always a lot of dust from the cutting, but we just deal with it.
