We are located across a few plots here, specifically Plot 85, 107, and 108. It keeps us moving back and forth throughout the day. Our main thing is putting color into plastic. It is a messy job, to be honest. There is always some kind of pigment powder on the floor or on our clothes. We try to keep it tidy, but it is a losing battle most days. The mixers are quite loud and they run for hours. We don’t really have a showroom or anything like that because we are just a factory. When you walk in, you mostly see big bags of raw material and barrels of different colors. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when all the machinery is going at once. We eat our lunch together in a small corner that we try to keep clean. It is a steady way to make a living. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now and we know the rhythms of the industrial area. People come by to pick up their orders and we usually have a quick chat before they head back out. It is not a complicated business, just a lot of mixing and making sure the shades look like what was asked for. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and make sure we don't mix up the batches.
