Our place is spread across Plot No. C1/129 and 130. Having the two plots gives us a bit more room to breathe, but it’s still packed with metal. We make all sorts of parts here. There is always the sound of grinding or hammering going on. It’s a very industrial atmosphere, exactly what you’d expect from this part of town. The floors are dark from the oil and the metal shavings. We have racks and racks of raw materials waiting to be used. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving heavy pieces from one station to the next. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. Our office is just a small room with some old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't really care about the decor as long as the machines are running fine. Customers usually just walk straight into the shop to find us. We focus on just doing the work correctly without any fuss. It’s not a fancy corporate office, it’s a workshop. We deal with the heat and the noise because that’s the job. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, but that’s just part of the routine. We just keep making parts and keeping the orders moving. The tea boy comes by twice a day and that’s when we usually take our only real breaks.
