General Motors ,Halol

Our place is in Mahalaxmi Park Society on Waghodia Road. It’s a quiet spot in Baroda compared to the factory over in Halol. Most of us here have been with the company for a long time. The office is basically just a modified part of the society house, so it feels very much like home. We see the same neighbors every day and they know what we do. It’s not a flashy place at all. We have some old desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Usually, there’s a pile of documents waiting to be signed or sorted. We spend a lot of time talking to the plant workers or organizing transport for parts. It’s practical work. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice, just to get a break from the screens. People in Baroda know Waghodia Road is always growing, so there’s always something new opening up nearby. We don't do big events or advertisements. We just focus on the logistics and the admin side of things. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve become like a small family over the years. We know who likes their tea strong and who prefers to work in silence. It’s just a normal, everyday office where we get the job done without making a big fuss about it. We close up at a decent hour and head home.
