Our office is tucked away in Vadodara, right across from Nutan Baharat Society in the Alkapuri area. It’s a busy spot, especially during the middle of the week when everything is in full swing. We’ve been here at number 303 for a long time, handling shipping and clearing tasks for all sorts of people. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us making sure the paperwork for customs and transport is handled properly. Sometimes the rules change and we have to figure things out on the fly, but that's just how this business goes. The neighborhood here in Alkapuri is nice, lots of trees and people walking around, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We start early most days to get ahead of the mail. Most of our work involves sitting at the desk, making calls, and checking documents over and over again. It might sound a bit boring to some, but it's what we know. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a practical workspace where we can get things done. We've seen a lot of changes in the area over the years, but our office stays pretty much the same. We prefer it that way. Keeping things simple makes it easier to focus on what needs to be cleared and shipped out. We’re just local people doing our jobs right here in Vadodara every single day.
