Our office is located at House Number 1433 in Vadilapura, which is part of the Dabka post area in Padra taluka. It’s a bit of a drive from Vadodara city, but we like being out here where we can actually talk to people without all the traffic noise. The building is just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace for the company. We handle the savings and small loans for the people in the village and the surrounding farms. It’s not a fancy operation at all. Most days, it’s just us sitting at the desks, filing papers and making sure all the accounts are up to date. People stop by to drop off a bit of money or to ask about how they can join the group. We try to keep things as simple as possible because no one likes complicated rules. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep working with what we have. It’s a very local feel here. We know the families and the history of the area, which makes the work feel more personal. We don't have any glossy brochures or sales pitches. We just show people the ledger, explain the terms, and get on with it. It’s honest work in a quiet corner of Gujarat, and that suits us fine. Just local folks helping each other out.
