Galen Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Our place, Galen Pharmaceuticals Ltd., is located at 334/5 in the GIDC Estate over in Waghodia. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and factories. It’s a busy environment with trucks coming and going all the time. The dust from the road can be a bit of a nuisance, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our building is a standard industrial unit. It isn't anything special to look at, but it has enough room for our equipment and the team. We have a small office section and a larger area for the actual work. Most of our day is spent following routines and making sure things are running correctly. We aren't big on meetings or long emails; we usually just talk to each other across the room to get things sorted. The tea stall down the road is where most of us end up during the breaks. Waghodia is a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it’s just where we work. We've been here long enough that we know the rhythms of the estate. Sometimes the power fluctuates, or the water pressure is low, but we manage. It’s a very practical life here. We don't have any marketing people or a big sales team. We just focus on the stuff we produce and try to keep everything organized. It’s just us at 334/5, doing the same work we’ve done for years.
