You will find Galaxy Sivtek Pvt Ltd at Plot No.1406 in the GIDC area of Waghodia. This is a massive industrial zone outside the main city. Our daily life revolves around the sound of metal being worked on and the hum of the factory floor. We focus on sieving and filtering machines, so the place is full of heavy steel parts and welding equipment. It’s an industrial environment through and through. The sun hits the GIDC sheds pretty hard in the afternoon, so the factory can get quite warm. We have a lot of workers coming and going in their uniforms, and the canteen is usually the busiest place during the midday break. Being at plot 1406 means we are deep in the estate, away from the main highway noise but surrounded by other factories. There is a lot of dust and the smell of industrial paint in the air. We don't have a carpeted office or any of that corporate stuff. It is a place of hard work, grease, and machinery. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and making sure the mesh on the machines is just right. The commute out to Waghodia can be long for some of us, but we are used to the routine. It’s a practical place where we build things that last. We just focus on the manufacturing process and try to keep everything running smoothly without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
