Our shop is located at 36/2/15 in the Abhishek Complex. We are on the first floor, right near the Bank of Baroda in the Makarpura GIDC area. It’s a pretty standard industrial setting, so there is always something going on outside with deliveries and people moving around. Ftech isn't some massive corporation with a glass front; it’s just a practical space where we do our daily work. We’ve been here in Makarpura for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office itself is a bit crowded with equipment and old files, but we know where everything is. Usually, one of us is answering the phone while the other is busy with a project in the back. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look polished. We just prefer to keep things honest and straightforward. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, or the stairs get a bit slippery when it rains, but that’s just part of being in an older building like Abhishek Complex. Most of our regulars are just local folks or other business owners from the GIDC who need something handled without a lot of fuss. We’ve seen businesses come and go in this complex, but we’ve managed to stay put by just doing what we know best. We try to be helpful when someone walks in, even if we’re in the middle of a big task.
