Frohberg Builders Ltd

Frohberg Builders is located in Baroda, Gujarat, right opposite Rukshmani Nagar on New Sama Road. We are in Dipak Society at house number 19. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes sense since we spend our time thinking about building and construction. The office is usually covered in a thin layer of dust from whatever site we are working on at the moment. We have blueprints rolled up in the corners and samples of tiles or bricks sitting on the desks. It isn't a high-rise corporate office; it’s a house that we turned into a workspace. You can hear the traffic from New Sama Road all day long. We start early most days because that’s when the labor is at the sites, and the phone starts ringing before we even have our first cup of tea. Being a local builder in Gujarat means you know the neighbors and the local suppliers by their first names. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just write down what needs to be done on a notepad and try to stay on schedule. Some days the heat in Baroda makes it hard to stay focused, so we take a long lunch break when it’s at its worst. It’s a simple operation where we just try to keep our projects moving along without too many hiccups or delays. It's hard work, but we've been here a while.
