You’ll find us out at Plot E-8 in the GIDC area of Manjusar. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main part of Vadodara, but being in the industrial estate makes sense for what we do at Fine Line Circuit Company. Savli is the general area, and it’s mostly other factories and warehouses around here. The roads can get pretty dusty with all the trucks moving in and out, especially during the dry season. Our building is a standard industrial plot; nothing about it really stands out from the neighbors. Inside, it’s all about the circuit boards. We have the machines set up for the precision work, and it can get a bit noisy when everything is running at once. We usually have our tea breaks together in the small area we cleared out near the back. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls and carpets. It’s a working shop where people have grease on their hands and focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us live a fair distance away, so the morning commute is when we catch up on news or just wake up properly. It’s a straightforward environment. We don’t do much in the way of decoration or fancy displays. The focus is always on the boards and making sure the settings are right before we start a run, keeping everything on track for the day ahead.
