Our place is in Amaan Square, up on the fourth floor. If you know where the Fateganj petrol pump is in Vadodara, we are located right behind that in the Nutan Co-op housing society area. It is a very active part of town with a lot of students and traffic. We spend our days here teaching people what it actually takes to work for an airline. It involves a lot of practice, honestly. We go over how to talk to passengers, how to walk, and all the small details that come with being a cabin crew member. It is not just about looking nice because there is a lot of safety stuff that they have to learn by heart. The office gets a bit noisy when we have a full class of students all trying to practice their announcements at the same time. We have been in this building for some time now and it suits us fine. It is a decent setup with classrooms and a small area for the staff to sit. We see many young people coming through these doors hoping to see the world. We try to give them a very realistic idea of what the job is like, including the long hours and the tired feet. Fateganj is a convenient location because it is easy for everyone to get to by bus or rickshaw. We just stay focused on the training sessions every single day.
