Fair Deal

You can find us over at Tilak Avenue Apartment, in unit B/104. We are located right opposite Tilak Nagar, just outside the Panigate area in Baroda. The pincode is 390019. It’s a fairly standard apartment building, so it doesn’t feel much like a traditional shop or office when you first walk in. Fair Deal has been operating from this unit for a while. We chose this spot because it’s easy for us to get to and it isn’t as expensive as the main commercial hubs. Inside, things are pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. The view from the window is just the street and the other buildings across the way. Traffic near Panigate can be a real headache during the morning rush, so we usually try to get in early to beat the worst of it. We aren't the type of people to put on airs or pretend to be bigger than we are. It’s just a small operation where we handle our business honestly. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. We know most of the people who live in the other apartments, so it’s a friendly atmosphere. We just do our work, talk to our clients on the phone, and make sure everything is sorted out by the time we lock up for the evening.
