If you are looking for us, we are down on GIDC Road in Vadodara, specifically at number 8 in the Vivek Vatika Society. We are right across from the Mahisagar Nagar society, so it is a pretty easy landmark for the delivery drivers to find. Being in Manjalpur means there is always something going on nearby. Our building is a simple one, and we have been here for a good stretch of time now. At Fag Bearings India Ltd, we don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It is mostly about getting the work done and making sure our inventory is where it should be. The road outside gets dusty during the dry season, and the trucks going by make a fair bit of noise, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small team of people who have mostly grown up in Gujarat, so we all speak the same language and know how things work locally. There is no fancy lobby or coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some plain biscuits for when we take a break. It is a practical place for practical people. Sometimes the rain floods the street a little, but we just put on our boots and keep moving. It is just a normal day-to-day life for us here in the society, focusing on our parts and our paperwork.
