Exotic Architect

We are located in S-7 Dev Commercial Complex, right on Gotri Road. If you know the Natubhai Circle, we are just a short distance from there. It is a very active part of Vadodara, so there is always something happening right outside our door. The complex itself is full of different shops and offices, which makes for a busy atmosphere. Exotic Architect is tucked away on the second floor. It is a practical space, not a showpiece. We have our drafting tables and our computers and a lot of old files stacked up in the corner. Being near Natubhai Circle means we are easy to find, but it also means we deal with a lot of noise from the main road. We don't mind it much. It feels like being in the middle of everything. We spend our days going back and forth between the office and various project sites around the city. There is no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and get the work done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast, and other times we are out of the office for hours at a time. We don't have a fancy marketing plan. Most of our work comes from people just seeing what we have done or hearing about us from someone else. It is just a straightforward architectural practice trying to do honest work in a busy city without any shortcuts.
