Esteem Industries

Esteem Industries is located at 458/B on the GIDC Makarpura Main Road. Being right on the main road means we get a lot of dust and noise from the trucks passing by all day long. Inside the workshop, it’s mostly the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of the old fans trying to keep us cool. It’s an industrial area, so everything is very grey and practical. We don't have a fancy showroom; we just have the factory floor where the work actually happens. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or fixing a machine that decided to stop working at the wrong time. We wear heavy boots because the floor is always covered in scraps or oil spills that need cleaning up. The office is just a small corner partitioned off with some thin plywood where we keep the invoices and the phone. We don't spend much time in there unless we’re eating lunch or calling a supplier about a late delivery. It’s a tough environment, especially in the summer when the tin roof gets really hot, but we’ve been doing this for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Makarpura; we just want to get through the orders we have for the week without any of the equipment breaking down again. It’s honest work that leaves your hands dirty at the end of every shift.
