Essar Constructions

We are located at A/1 Harekrishna Duplex-1 in Baroda. Essar Constructions isn’t based in a tall glass building or a busy shopping mall. Instead, we work out of a duplex, which gives our office a much more personal and local feeling. It’s a quiet enough area, and we like it that way. When people come by to talk about a building project, we usually just sit down in the front room and go over the details. We’ve been in Baroda for quite a while now and have seen many neighborhoods grow. Our work is pretty varied; one day we might be looking at a small repair and the next we are starting a larger renovation. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or complicated ways of doing things. We just try to be clear about what we can do and when we can finish it. The summers in Gujarat are always a challenge for outdoor work, so we have to manage our schedules around the heat. It’s just a few of us running the show here, so things are pretty informal. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to keep working on projects in our city and making sure our clients aren't left waiting. It is a decent way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the local community here.
