Essar Construction Ltd.

Our office is at B-28, Yoginagar Residency, right across from Marutidham at Chhani Jakat Naka. It’s a pretty busy part of Vadodara, and we’ve been at this T.P.-13 location for a while. Essar Construction Ltd. isn't some big, distant company. We are right here in the neighborhood. The office is small but it serves its purpose. We keep all our records here and meet with people to discuss their building needs. It’s a lived-in space with a few computers and a lot of paper. We don’t go for the corporate look because that’s not who we are. We are builders first. Most of our time is spent at the sites, making sure things are moving along as they should. When we are back at the residency, it’s usually to catch up on paperwork or fix the schedule for the next week. Chhani Jakat Naka is a good area with lots of movement, which we like. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the physical work of building. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, do the job, and move on to the next one. It’s simple, practical, and it keeps us busy. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a supply issue or a new project. That’s just life at our office. We do our best.
