Essar Construction Ltd.

We are located at B_4 Janta Nagar Society, which is right near the old rice mill in Dabhoi. It’s a bit of a landmark for people around here in the Vadodara district. Essar Construction Ltd. operates from this spot, and it’s a very grounded kind of place. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just an office with some desks, a lot of pens that sometimes don’t work, and maps of the local area. Working in Dabhoi means we know the local climate and the ground conditions pretty well. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, so the office is a nice place to retreat to when we need to do the billing or order more supplies. We’ve been around for a bit, so we know most of the suppliers in the region. There’s no corporate ladder here; we all just pitch in where we’re needed. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s full of workers getting their instructions for the day. We don’t use any complicated systems, just good old-fashioned planning and hard work. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s the nature of construction. We’re just a local crew trying to make a living and build things that stay standing for a long time. It’s honest work and it keeps us going throughout the year.
